At what ratio should I build my seats, and what should I keep my ticket prices at?

(How many bleachers, lower tier, court-side, and luxury boxes in a 10k seat arena?)

through the ticket prices you have a flexibility in it, general spoken i would build more expensiv seats if you are less succesful and make the prices that there are few seats up to sale.
