For a unnamed amount, team manager can create another team, which could be hes like development team:
The main team can take and send players to development team and it will cost 25% of the player salary to the main team budget.
With the second team: the first one and second one can buy players from each other team with one condition. They need to pay more money that the player was sold before. Like example, team 1 buys a player for 500k and wants to sell to his second team which needs to pay at least 500 001 $. Like in NBA.

To make the team you need to count how much you need to pay for the arena, 18 national players and team stuff.

no i think it makes sense. like a youth team where you can train players until they are ready for the varsity team, so that teams dont have to compromise competitiveness in order to train and therefore creating a higher quality product in the normal teams league games.
cool idea if thats what you were trying to say

So it means the second team is going to pay 75% salaries? I dislike this idea because you can bring your team into higher Divisions while paying lower salaries than your opponents. This part needs to be changed.

But generally it's pretty good idea, but I would like an option to send you 2nd team into minor country to bring more competition there.

No, you understand it not that way I want to tell. Like example with 25%.
You have a player in 1st team which salary is 5k, to send him to the 2nd team, you need to pay 25% of his salary ONCE. IT would be 1250 $. But the procent could be changed.

How about a "send rookie overseas" option? You can send a player below Age 20 "out of your team" for a season by instantly paying ... let´s say 75% of his seasons salary. When you get him back, he received let´s say ... like ... an amount of 8-10 weeks of 2-Position Training, and you can set a focus which training you want him to get. Like "guards" or "forwards" or "center" or maybe "balanced". You can only send away 3 guys for a season at the same time. You get them back during the new seasons set up calculation and they get kind of a "random" skill development following your masterplan and gain some experience while stamina remains stable.

You have to send them off before the end of the 2nd week (so before the 2nd training of the new season).

Something like that might help turning "useless" players into something of -some- value without ruining teams minutes and training schemes.
