He can be good for your team I think, he isn't player from U21, that depends of the country and how is your U21.

With this potential, maybe, just maybe, he can be a NT player, IF GOOD TRAINED!

I don't have a big experience, but I have a suggestion. What do you think about to train defense until a good level, and later to train passing? That's the basic of skills of a Point Guard! Jump Shot and Jump Range is necessary too, and the Handling and Driving is much necessary.

I'm not sure of this, I prefer see other suggestions, but is a good player, and I think that he will be good PG!

Good Luck!

If you want to do a player for your team, just train what your team need.

I suggest, Train just OD and Passing for him, and your team will improve much! And his salary won't be high. Later, when you're in other competition, with other teams, and more hard, do him better. Train just the necessary, if you need him right now, train just OD and Passing, and later think in other things.

I agree that OD is important, but this player has very low passing to no not train that.At least 2 o 3 pops befor focusing on OD.

i think his OD is one thing u can leave for now and focus on handling and passing and hope u get cross training pops in other skills and also do some JS mediocre is quite low jump range can slowly increase but rite now focus should be passing and handline if u want a true PG that can rack up assists

Your player is no good mate. Sell and find a better starting prospect. Minimum 'average' for Handling, Passing and OD. Preferably respectables for all three. You'll be wasting training trying to catch him up.

Sacrifice shooting if neccesary. I'd rather an awesome defending and passing PG who can't shoot than an all rounder. It will improve the rest of your team immensely.

Kosmiko, are you chasing me? :D

No no no ... He's yet a bad player ... 11 with defense and 9 in pass will improve his team.

Something like this ...

10-7
11-8
10-9

How he needs a PG right now, if you don't saw what he said, in a low divison that he will be a good PG.

But everyone wants a "monster", so that type of training is for V division.

He have to improve first the JR , than can train 1x1 or Jump Shot for Forwards, passing and finally de OD training.

note:
The skills i said it was for a normal player not the player in this case.
