To be honest i don't think any of them would be ideal trainees

I agree with you on that. 18 year old quality is hard to find unless you have money, draft it, and are very lucky.

Hope this was something down the line you were looking for.

Slick yeah. Then your saying go with # 1. My goal is the 3rd player to be a caught n release type of player for the 48 or left over mins I don't need in single position training.

I appreciate the help Manon. With all the things I ask people to refrain from I'm glad you post some advice. Again thanks.

i would go with 2, he could already pass and defend outside thing i give a high value at bigs. He don't have such a weakness like the ID of one, you should consider in his training program and you probadly don't design your training around your third guy.

PS: You link the potential and size of the players below, but at least for i am unsure who is player 1 or 2. Could make a difference, especially when you want strictly train inside, or also train outside.

PPS: Some info of your training plan in general would help, or everything you didn't mentioned?

18 year olds are easy to find at the start of a season, but around now their price goes up. I found a perennial all star potential 18 year old guard with 4 respectables, a mediocre and an inept in the top 6 skills for only 20,000.
