his team runs an outside isolation on offense and a full court pressure on defense

The theory would say that you play iso defense, but I woldn't. I'd go with 3-2 if his top scorer was an outside player, M2M if inside.
I'd go with run and gun on the offense.

Based on your comments, didn't see any roster

Well, although he runs and outside iso, he has both a very good PF and a C, so it's not a given that you should use a 3-2 against him. His team ratings in outside and inside scoring are basically the same, so he's fairly balanced. As for you, your defense isn't so hot, putting up awful and inept values on M2M. In that case, given his mediocre scoring values, you might have trouble pulling out a win. I'd still consider a 3-2 though, as improved outside D can reduce passing into the bigs and thus their ability to score.

As for attacking his defense, I think that FCP is not a great defense to use, so you might be able to score some points against him. When playing against FCP I usually use a fast paced offense, the logic being that the shorter your possessions, the less chance he has to make a steal. IN that case you're talking run and gun, push the ball, or look inside. The choice of those depends on your strengths, though his perimeter defense is a tad worse than his inside d. That would favor RnG.
