I have for about 5 weeks or so been training 18yo pg and sg for improvement in their jump shot. I have a world renowned trainer also. The results are not what I have been expecting. So what should i do from this point and how long will this take!!!!

Are you training 2 position or the whole team? Your entire team is filled with 18 year olds.....

A team of lousy 18 y.o. players and an overpaid trainer in div V. Talk about recipe for disaster...

When you are a new team there are infinite fun things that you can do. However there are some "fun" things that are so destructive to your team that I think you would have to be an emo to enjoy them. If you want some mentoring I think USA has an official program as we do in Australia.

How many minutes have each of your trainees been playing at the PG/SG position? How tall are they? Did you set training for SG/PG or Team?

I'm gonna be honest with you, Looking at your roster I can't see any reason to use a world renowned trainer on any of them, and for most it's not even worth training. I would say build up some money and go get some worthwhile 18yo's. Also you will be fine with an advanced trainer, try and get one with salary under 20k. Try to work on 1 position training, basically pick up 3 trainees, and fill your team out with some solid veterans. Also just so you know at this level you do not need to worry too much about potential (no reason to get MVP or something), I would say atleast All Star potential would do nice.
