I'm training a draftee for a few seasons now, with a fine result at the beginning. He popped regularly while training on his spot as C or PF. It was very promising but all fell apart at the beginning of the previous season, when I decided (in consultation with 2 other BBmanagers) that his outside skills should be upped so he would/could be able to grow more as a PF. Since the beginning of that season he has rarely popped, though he plays the minutes needed every week.
What isn't as it should be and how can I fix it?

Thoughts or opinions anyone would like to share?

Greetz Mutley

height and potential have a very big impact on what you are training and the speed off the pops.

or your player has reached or is close to reaching his hard potential cap or your player is too big to be trained in outside skills at a normal pace...

without looking I would guess that the combination of his age, along with his height, along with his lower outside skills result in a significantly lower trainingspeed then the manager is expecting.

But offcourse, cap should be looked at, just to make sure that''s not it.

Bari is capped. i did the calculation, and he has reached his hardcap zone. a real shame, because he was looking promissing for the NT :(

thanks for all the efforts Mutley. i hope Bari will be of a huge extra aide for your own team tho. his salary isn't that high for the C that he is.

hm, interesting. So you have the formulas to calculate the caps, right?

can you send them?

I'd like to know in advance if I can reach the goal I have set for Sammy.
