what types of training work the best or the most for secondary skills. for example lets just say driving helps inside shot and shot blocking (not true)

1 on 1 will give you the most secondary pops.

1 on 1 not only trains fast, but also sets up the elastic effect, so JR, PA and OD can train faster. I find 1 on 1 very very useful.

Btw, JR is also very nice for secondaries - JS pops every 3-4 weeks, while HA and OD pops every 6-8 weeks.
