Ok, so I am a manager fond of young guys. After several transfer-in I now have a team of 12, while 9 of them are below 20. There are a bunch of good young players I think: an SG with MVP po, a SF with HOF po, and star-potential PG, SF and PF. I was hoping that in 3-4 seasons they are about to grow to good players who can survive in at least Division 4. But for now who should I focus on training? And what should be my training strategy if I want to focus on several (e.g., 6) of these young players?

Please take a look at my rosters can give me some advice. ANY advice. Thanks!

Train your guards (most importantly Huffman). With the amount of young high potential guards you have I would say you can't go wrong with that. Also if you already haven't done so, buy a decent trainer. Preferably level 4 or 5.

Level 5 trainer is very hard to afford in div V, I would go for level 4 at best. And also, you should only train a few positions, guards preferrably as sengbear pointed out. So there is no point in buying young players for the other positons as you're not going to train them. You should look to fill the other positions with cheap vets from the transfer list

Thanks. I have already got a level 4 trainer. Do you suggest me training with one position every time or one-two position iteratively? How to make use of the elastic effect?

I would do one position training with Huffman as your main trainee. I wouldent know what you need to train because I haven't seen his attributes.
