OK. when does the BB week start/end? Is it a 'Calendar Week'. is it the 7 days before the Financial Updates? is it the 7 days before the Training Updates?

and related follow up question.
for what period of time should I try and get in my minutes of playing time so a player gets training? is it the 7 days before the Traning Update?
also, if I am training lets say Skill A (not team training) on Point Guards and a Point Guard plays in the one game of the week as a point guard and the second game as a shooting guard, does he still get training for the time he played as a Point Guard? or is it like some other games (hattrick) where training occurs for ONLY the last position played?

The BB week starts on Saturday and goes until Friday (depending on where you are)

Training update is on Friday morning, approximately 3am (CET)

The Financial update happens during the BB week.
