How does this 20 year old trainee look? Only problem is the potential but he can be a competitive player in D2 pretty soon i hope.......... What do you guys think?

Needs work in JR. Unfortunately that trains really slow as well.

As for competitive player in D2, he is capped by his star potential. He is probably a backup in D2.

Maybe if u can get his OD to like prodigous or marvelous he can be a good starter... but prolly a SG thou since his handling and passing wont be good enough for Div II.... but i dont play in DIV II so dont really knw the exact stuff .... if his rebounding was lower u couldve been able to do much more IMO.

Agree that he is probably a back-up at the Div II level (not speaking from experience). Also agree that his Jump Range needs a few pops (2-3?). Since you're dominating your league this year, you probably won't get much in the draft. Train this guy for one more year and make him into a solid back-up PG/SG. He could continue to get two position training occasionally afterwards.
