Poll:  should i sell players that are old and not playing they way they used to

yes
no
if they are over 30
see how they play at the start of the next season
see who you get in the draft
wait till you have replacments for them

This doesn't make sense. Players over 32 do not play as well as before because their skills start to diminish. The threshold is at 32, there is no other mistery. You only have one player above 32, so that's really the only one who could be playing worse on day 1 of season X+1 than on day 1 of season X (neglecting the stamina drops on everyone)

You have a few GS issues you might address before you start unloading talent.

Yeah, I usually sell them at age of 32. Before their skills start to diminish, they play much better than their younger counterparts because of experience. If you take two players with exactly same skills and sublevels, but with different experience, the experienced one will play much better. That's why I like to buy 30-31y olds, have them for season-two and then just replace them. They are cheap and effective.
