I have 4 young trainees, and 3 older ones (<=24)
i want to do 2 position training as much as i can to max out the older players before i go into 1 position training
i am thinking about 6 weeks of 1vs1 forward and 6 weeks of reb for next season
or do you guys think i should go in to 1 position OD/ID/PA for my 3 youngest ones directly?

IMO, you have got yourself two pretty good SF prospects. the two 18 years old 6'8.
if i were you, i will still choose to start on one position training to make those two into SFs starting with OD training.

long term, if you decide to sell both SF, you will get tons of money. probably around 2 seasons when they are 20 years old and with a real good foundation of SF skillset. they can get you around 3m.

is up to you though, just an advice

I think the order in which you do it is important. I think 1 on 1 for Forwards and Rebounding sounds good; I'd have a bit more 1 on 1 though (like 8 weeks for 1on1 and 4 weeks for RB). Having high DR and HA will help you greatly in training OD, JR and PA (elastic effect). If you trained 1-position first and then 1 on 1, you are training against negative elastic effect plus your older trainees will receive training when older, so their development will also be a bit slower.

Yes, he will. But JS doesn't get trained with HA, so JR may have a smaller elastic effect. However, I believe the difference is minimal, so HA training is also fine. I never train it though because at higher levels (above 15 - marvelous) it's quite expensive for PGs. I hear though it's super fast, like PA for small guys or IS for big guys.
