Does this get the ball to my best Inside player
or to the player with the best Inside match up?

Excelente question! I'd like to know it too... ;)

It does both, but according to the engine, and the criteria is not unanimous on the matter.

When I used it, I didn't see that much of a diference in insisde than from outside iso, but that just me. Right now, imagine it as something similar to patient.-

iv tried few games that tactic, and i was surprised, because mainly in both inside and outside izolations my pf, somehow used to release most of shots. and i was shocked that my pf and centers kept attacking from deep mid range, so i think u need good jump shot for that tactic or excellent driving.

I saw the same, but as I used it olny in scrimmages, can't tell for certain that it'd work the same way in a competitive matchup.

Inside ISO is a balanced tactic. In my last 2 games where I used it, shots were pretty evenly distributed between all positions. Guards, SF, PF and C had almost the same number of shots. That's at least my experience.
I would be really grateful if someone can point out the difference between this and Base Offense for example.

I'm looking for some kind of balanced offense
where the Center doesn't shoot

He's there for Defense only,
stop the other Center, not a great shooter and won't have a chance vs other C on offense

I believe inside ISO allows for more 3's than base offense (presumably started out by kickouts from your inside players), so perhaps just having a center with low driving and jumpshot and high passing and using this offense would do it for you. though that would be true for most offense types if he has a little experience I think. But I don't think you'll get a 3 shot a game center in there because buzzerbeater spreads it around a little more than that.

That contradicts the manual! this offense needs adjustment. Prbably you have a very balanced team, because this sholud help your team find the best shooter and make him the top scorer.

the most balanced offense is base. the manual suggest that patient too, but is more an ISO offense and generally tends to focus on outside shooting. If you don't want your team to shoot and you face a superior team, patient or motion could be the best choices. If you have a better team and home court, run and gun could work too.

He is ok on offense but a beast on D
I got him to stop the other C in the final
