not sure what you are trying to do..trying to get a player to play most of the 4th quarter? Just the 4th quarter?
One way is to train stamina, get it up to strong, ur player will play 40+ minutes in a game.
2nd way is to make player play 48 minutes, starter, reserve.
3rd way to get player to play all of 4th quarter, is to set player as reserve..blow a team out badly, then reserves come in and play the whole 4th quarter.
Play mostly (involved mostly) at 4th quarter. Example : I wanna play my 20k player with only awful experience, but i want my 10k veteran with Proficient experience to play at most at 4th quarter. (not when i already won by 20pts)
In real life basketball, it's the best experienced player that are to play on 4th quarter, with hopes that he can turnaround the game.
