Someone proposed me a friendly game and when I click on accept I systematically get the "Something went wrong with your request." error. I've tried 10+ times and I get the same thing every time

Bugs with scrimmages are very specific. They need to be handled promptly. I'm afraid I can't help in this case because too much time has passed.
