Come on, the comparison is ridiculous. The difference in resources between the guys of BB and the telecommunication and banking sectors - as well as governments - behind the various services is rather big. Still, I can actually rate BB as a more reliable service in terms of access than any online banking I have used (it's the small glitches and delays where BB needs to improve). Well, good old Telesampo (a videotex/viewdata service) never let me down. Anyone else sort of miss videotex? They phased it out in 2004 (IIRC) here.
