The manager of the Barbados NT, really knows how to motivate the coaches of that country:

Election Landslide

unlike last election when there were a measly 0 voters this season saw a massive turnout of 1 voter and i am the lucky fish that got the one vote so thanks to all of my fan and i will try to do my best to win a game for the nt

in season 11 we won 1 scrimage
in season 12 we won 2 games by forefit
in season 13 we won 1 scrimmage
in season 14 we won nothing
in season 15 we won nothing
in season 16 we had our first real win ever a win over international powerhouse the bahamas ranked 98/98 in the world

in 6 seasons our best achievement is 1 win against the worst team in the world

we are going to aim a little higher this season

u well i must have motivated someone cause after 6 seasons of constant failure we won 3 games this season & maybe 4 by the time u read this

ive changed the team a lot

ive got managers of all but the very best guys training their players or losing their spot

ive got managers watching their gs so we arent constantly full of inept-respectable gs like we were & those that wont lost their spot

the team is much weaker on paper but having players being trained & in good gs is better than guys who are bad, not getting better & in bad gs

the wins were scrimmages i know but in the past we couldnt even win them

u ever seen coach carter?

sometimes a good coach needs to praise but sometimes a good coach needs to blast the team

maybe i wont get reelected but whatever i have saved a ton of guys from bot teams & got the team playing much better

but just wait next season im gonna be even more brutal :P

Hello ABigFishy, you are a funny guy. I really liked your speech. I'm still laughing of this part: "...unlike last election when there were a measly 0 voters this season saw a massive turnout of 1 voter and i am the lucky fish that got the one vote so thanks to all of my fan and i will try to do my best to win a game for the nt".

Oh Yes, I saw coach Carter!!! =)

I think side by side with good management skills, expectations should also be proportional to the player base of that particular country. I think small nations have a hard time not only fielding a decent team to not finish at the bottom but also maintaining the player base - less players in a country can frustrate people and well, it's not much fun really...
