mm, recently I've been trying to get some of my players to increase in jump range. However, instead of increasing weekly, about every 2 weeks one of my players drops from a certain skill.

Any suggestions whether i should just wait for the season to end so i can get some new fresh players? Like 18/19 year old? people?

18 and 19 year olds train faster (the training speed decreases with age). Skills drops (not counting stamina) start happening to players aged 33 or older. Players' stamina is constantly (slowly) decreasing, so occasionally there is a drop, regardless of age

You need to read the guide to Buzzerbeater
it will give lessons on training
you pretty much don't have any worthy players to train
18-19 year olds
potential is important
current salary is important
height is important

Please explain how current salary means something in training? Is it because with a higher salary, his attributes are already a little higher?

Players who are 22 or 23 or 24.......... if you stop training them, do they still get better, or do they stagnate and becomes useless?

Salary is a rough indication of skills. He's just saying that you shouldn't buy players with very low starting salaries, because they're terrible and not worth training.

22, 23, 24 y.o. train slower than at 18 or 19, but (if they haven't maxed the potential) they can still improve. They shouldn't be starting training at that age, but they can still get a few pops
