i have the same problem

5 weeks 2 pos OD training for a 21 year old, with a level 6 trainer, he is a MVP and a good height too.

He currently looks like this

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: prolific
Outside Def.: stupendous Handling: sensational
Driving: prolific Passing: average
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: awful Free Throw: average

Experience: awful

no pops... but wolph, i seen you post these kind off messages for a few weeks now, i doubt your case is as strong as mine and i have no doubt that they will not look into this... so save your energy for the new season :)

I would expect around 4-5 weeks in one position training with that player. No way you get a pop with two position this fast, with him so monoskilled (reducing the training effect each week through cross training) and not 18 anymore.

4-5 weeks mono skill training? with a level 6 trainer at 21 years?

i dont have prove, but i would say that is insane, knowing an 18yr old pops every 2.5 weeks in such a situation.

i was wondering if the mono skill training could cause such a huge decrease in training. does anyone have any proof for that?

read the message i posted in our fed. i have a similar problem, but not with a 23 yr old but a 21yr old...

i think your 10% drop due to elastic training is too way too low...

yup. if what they are saying on the fed. than besides the delays with training etc, the elastic effect is way bigger than i anticipated and this would mean that it takes away alot off freedom away from how we want to train our players. this would take away alot off fun for me. another reason for me to not renew my supporter ship...
