There are some points over the rule section that may need to be clarified (because there are explanations on some features that only supporters can use but there is no indication that it really is a supporter feature.

The rules were done before the supporter feature was implemented. Once all the urgent updates are taken care of and the season is underway, I'm sure a review of the rules will be done.
