1) Who I am
Hallo everyone. I'm Italian, my name is Andrea and I would like to take this amazing challenge called Malta NT U-21.

My country is one of the strongest in this game.
I'm a scout of Italy NT since season 5.

I play BB since season 3, with a record in Italian league of 242 W - 80 L (76,4%).
My team, Campania Rats, plays in II.2 (in Italy we have 6 levels).
We are #78 in national ranking (on 4864 active users).

2) NT experience
During seasons 13 and 14 I was Pakistan National Team coach.
During my direction, Pakistan (7 active users, the worst in the world except Barbados) has reached many important results:

- From 84 to 78 in world ranking
- From 0,130 to 0,247 in wins rating
- A global record of 12 W and 15 L (remember, in Pakistan there were 7 active users)

3) Why Malta?
Because I like hard challenges.

4) Community care
Two steps are important to have a good national team: finding new good players and training them. The first one requires your help, for the second one you may check how I tried to open debates in Pakistan during my direction, even thought there was indifference about National Team.

5) Staff
I need a staff, of course. I have many friends who will help me, but I will prefer to create a local staff, so if you'll bb-mail me you can be in the staff. I'm ready to answer to all the questions and explain what I need. I think the most important thing for a NT coach is to talk every week with best players' coach to control training.

6) Tactics
Ask me everything about tactics and my personal way to manage the matches. Leading Pakistan (former #84) I've beaten Kazakhstan (#69), Azərbaycan (#78) and lost at OT with Sakartvelo (#53) and Prathet Thai (they were #49).

7) Promises
- From #97 to #85 in two BB seasons
- From 0,187 to 0,225 in rating

Go Malta!
Vote Radiobasket!

Hello! I am the AS29 and I am a candidate for national team coach. I watched with aprehension what happened with the former coach ... Never leave a coach should coach a team for which he won. Malta deserves more and better!

My experience:

I play BB since season 10. Since then I went from the fifth division to the third division. In eight seasons, won three championships and 3 second places! Every day I come here because I believe that the only way we can improve.

Malta U-21:

I chose Malta not only because it seems to be a great challenge but also because this selection can go a long way. I know you have young players with great potential and should be utilized for one day will join the squad. In my team always bet on young players as they would almost certainly want to check and do it well in this selection.

Future:

Do not promise what I can not do! Just promise that if elected I will talk with friends I have in the BB that are good players (because Portugal has excellent players) and forms a solid structure that will go to Malta many places in the ranking of teams.

FOR A GREAT SELECTION AND WHY MORE AND MALTA DESERVE BETTER VOTE AS29!

THANK YOU!

Hi, I'm Edward Matthew.

I have been playing buzzerbeater now for over 1 and a half years. In this time I think have learned the ins and outs of the game whilst managing the England U21 team over the past two seasons (Leading them to a respectable 10-9 record, including a fantastic victory over high-flying Canada U21). I have built a strong team, with great depth. My philosophy as a coach is summed up by the famous quote "offence wins games, defence wins championships".

Off the game, I am a keen basketball player. I currently play for the Newastle Eagles youth team, winning the best defender award in the past season, as well as being the top scorer and rebounder for the team. I also narrowly missed out on a spot on the England Juniors roster lats season, but hope to make the team this season as I continue to grow as a player. I believe this real experience has helped me in the game, as I have an insight into the tactical side of the game that a non-player might not.

I would be a very active manager for the U21 team (I already spend too much time on the game!), and would be very keen to communicate with Malta managers regarding my performance as coach. I also hope to help coaches with U21 prospects train their player up to a level that they would be a great player for both the national team, and the players' club team.

I believe that one of the problems within the Malta system is making sure new coaches stay in the game. I propose some sort of mentoring system, to reach out to new players who might need help learning the ropes. This would improve the pool of players to choose from, and would set a good foundation for the future of Malta basketball.

If anyone has any questions regarding my running for coach, I will be monitoring the debate thread over the next few days, or just shoot me a BB-mail.

Thanks for reading. I hope I have done enough to prove that I am a good candidate for this position.

1. Introducing myself

hello
I'm Manu5494, french manager of the Valentin's Team, playing in french third division.
I'm 40 years old
i've started BB in season 13 in division 5; Now I'm in division 3 in France, my team grew up 2 divisions in only 3 years
Yet never I've the better team for growing up but with good tactics et good stamina management I won these 2 titles.

2.AIm for maltese selection
Two objectives: to plan the training programs, to help managers, is the first one. The second one will be done because of the first one: be better. To have a better world ranking and not be the last of the group.
With good tactics everything is possible.

3.Formation
So my goal is to contact every owner of good maltese players in the world and by the way improve themselves.
It's important to save players on sale too.
So I will work to save them and find to them new owner which wants to train them.

4. Staff
If I'm your new U21 NT Coach, I will work with a good team with 2 friends who are on BB. They are very good players too and they'll help for detection of maltese players and also play with the good tactics against our opponents.

5 Communication
Regurlarly I'll publish U21 NT report on our matches and to give you news about our players and their progress

bye bye
and see you soon

Hello everyone. I'm Belgian, my name is Bao.

I play BB since season 9 so I have some experience in this game.
My team, Star Fly, plays in Div II.3 since 2 seasons and my team have a continuous progression. In Season 15, we have been 8th finalist in Lion's Cup (Belgian Cup).

I know that I don't have any experience in NT or U21 team but I have the experience of my team to further bring the Malta U21 team possible in the competition. It's a great challenge.

In my team, I work hard to train young player. So with your help, I can develop the effectiveness of the young Malta player. And in this case, it's possible to realize great results in future.

If you have any question, you can ask me.
