My team is very new. Which way should I train with the players below, inside or outside? And which players should be the focus of my training?

Personally Id train Loh Li Mei. I would training 8 weeks ID One position training then 6 weeks IS one position. Also buy a advanced trainer if you dont have one already

8 weeks ID what are you saying, I would give him 6-7 weeks reb 3 weeks IS and 2-4 weeks ID. His REB is very low, and his ID is very high already IS isnt bad just a pop or two would do.
