Since he is not young, how should I train this boy? make him to be a PF or SF?

I would train him passing and outside defense and make him SF - also salary will remain reasonable.
I think making him as a PF requires more training in inside skills and salary will raise quite much.

don't bother with OD because he's 6'8", what's done is done.

Correct, I think this player will require at least 4 weeks of OD training for a pop. Way too slow. PA though pops faster and he has also some elastic effect going for it, so next to HA/DR I'd train PA. Well, and a bit of RB.

np. good luck, your guy is actually quite similar to my 24yo, and I'm training hnd/drv on him as well. ot: where in China are you? despite my flag, I'm in 中国 as well (贵阳). only reason I know 3x and 88 ;)
