What is the date for the first GS update? Is it after the scrimmage? Or a first cup game?

On Friday, everyone will be set to 7 GS. Current gameshapes are listed at 7, but if you look at DMI they are carried over from last season. So this coming Friday all players will have their actual GS set to 7 (7.0? I guess, not sure). So don't train GS on Friday.

Injuries from the upcoming scrimmage do carry over into the season. Last season, I learned it the hard way, picking up a 2 week injury in the scrimmage from a player who didn't need to be in that game.

agreed, not quite sure what the OP was referring to comparing GS update to injury clearing. I had a guy injured at the end of last season and he was healed already. So yes, you could get injured during tomorrow's scrimmage.

Lol... What I meant is I would have needed to put my top players into scrimmage in order to get the minutes for their GS update, but now there's no point in it... I thought I made it clear..
