Go to preferences on the long menu then click on Create/change access key.

I know about that, but you need the old password to get a new one. That's the problem I forgot the old password.

Are you talking about password or access key. TO change your access key you need your current password, but you don't need your current access key. Try it!

Oh ok that worked, thanks. When I read it the first time I thought it meant you need the current access key to make a new access key.
