I read about that players start to decrease in skills at about age 32. got some questions about that

1. how fast do they drop, or how many drops per season?

2. where do they drop first, is it completly random, or do they lose a tiny sub level on each skill?

3. does the skill drop increase with age? lets say a 33 year old vs. a 36 year old, do the decrease at the same rate or?

#1 -- Not sure if this helps you but I have 2 players close in age.... a 46 year old that had 5 skill drops in 5 weeks. & a 44 year old with 0 skill drops in the past 12 weeks. Also, the salary drop was a lot greater in the 46 year old, despite a lower starting salary.

#2 -- It's definitely not an equal amount on all skills. My guess would be that the skill drops are random sub levels on random skills. If your guy has high sub levels you might not even see a visible drop for quite a while.

#3 -- Not sure. Seems like it should speed up with age, but don't actually know if that's true or not.

Your assumptions are pretty much all correct. They start decreasing in skill once they are 33. At 32 the skills stay intact. The rate at which they drop becomes (from what I've seen) bigger as players age, but how it works on each skill is not clear. I would assume that all skills decrease a given amount every week, but which decrease faster and so on, is not clear

Well I don't know how much exactly they will drop but I do know this -
The drop rate is exponential. That means from 33 onwards, 34, 35, 36 the rate of drop doesn't increase uniformly. If he drops say 8 times when he is 33, then 10 when he is 34, 14 when he is 35 etc. Just an example of course. Hope this helped.

I have had couple of players between 33 and 37. The drops in skill were between 2 and 5 per season.
The only thing looked that if I played them normal minutes, the drop went slower than if I just used them when I needed them for minute management.

The highest skills seem to drop earlier than the lower skills.

It is a risk, salary wise, but I believe the high experience is a nice compensation.
