I guess that as the season goesby and as the nature of the game changes - due to new regulation or due to a league's promotion - you may prefer to change the seats type and have more from one of the types and less from the other.

I suggest to allow users to update their arena's seats type for some fee.
For example - replacing bleacher's seat into a a Lower-Tier's seat for XXX$.

You cannot. Maybe supporters can, and I doubt that.

It's called build more seats.
1) Above 20K seats there is a tax or a cap or something like that.
2) You may want to change seat type for less money instead of paying the full price of building a new seat.
3) Changing seat's type is fundamental in BB managing.

There is a cap on the income/crowd you can get, but there is no tax/maintenance cost for the seats. So, this is no problem.

And still I brang cases where you would like to change seats type instead of adding new seats.

You can bring cases if you like, I was simply stating that the quoted reason for not building more seats is not valid. I am quite indifferent about the suggestion (I am not really for or against), since I find the arena part of the game fairly uninteresting. May I add that adding a feature for changing seat types would not make it any more interesting.

Actually, there is one simple way to make it slightly more interesting (at least by giving a real tactical, if limited choice):

Keep the building new seats feature/pricing as is. Introduce a feature to change seat types, where the change operation costs the difference of the two seat types (or slightly less), which takes as much time as building that amount of seats from scratch, and where those seats are out of use for the duration of the work. This way you can balance some small cost saving vs. lost income from seats that cannot be used.

It's smarter to build extra seats, instead of converting one seat to another. Why? When building new seats you can use the old ones and you can when not badly over 20k you can always use a few more seats.
+ It sounds so illogical to change luxury boxes to coutside seats. Adding some seats to already build arena I can deal with, as there might be room for seats that are not yet installed.
Nice to see you throwing out "facts" again about things you have no idea about. Will you eventually stop doing that?

Well, that was what I've suggested basically...
I wrote that a fee will be needed to be payed for this change.
