First of all, no need for all those spaces! The trainee looks good. The pitiful ST and FT are a little disappointing, but they can be fixed over time. His height could mean training a little slower on big men skills, but on the other hand training his secondaries won't be so painful. I would suggest starting with rebounding and driving for forwards (trains a lot of other stuff)

I'd say train Driving. Driving is One on One on the drop down menu btw. Driving trains JS,IS,HAN and DRI so it is a very good thing to train initially. Then as your stats start increasing you can start concentrating on his main skills, that are IS, ID and REB.
