Hi to all the Malta users, looks like i'm your new U-21 coach and for start one thing I can promise, I will be your U-21 coach season 18 and 19, because i'm not going to quit like the last coach :)

I think you will not be surprise if I told you that our U-21 squad is a lot behind the others U-21 of the rest of the world, so a lot work to be done and because of that I ask all the Malta users to train young players of Malta.

It seems you are a bit uninterested about Malta U-21, at least it look that way since no one voted in this season elections, I can understand why, it's hard to see your U-21 squad loosing all the games, because the last coach quit, but I hope this season the Malta users be more participative and interested in U-21 squad.

Today we have a friendly match with Crna Gora U21, the match request was accepted today and i'm still updating the data base of our players, so don't creat big expectations about this game, I'm still looking for the best squad for this season.

I hope we improve the quality of the players in this 2 seasons and I hope we can improove a bit our ranking with some victories of course :)

Have a nice day and lets go Malta :)

We had yesterday the fisrt game for the U-21 European and as you can see the diference between Malta U-21 and the rest of Europe is still big. He actually only have 3 players of the 12 that are in squad that are being well trained and are close of the rest of the players in Europe in that age, but as you can see it's not enought.

Malta if want to be better in BB, need to be more active, when I started Malta had 14 active teams, now it's 13 because one became a bot and next Monday it will be 12 teams (the actual NT coach of Malta will became a bot). Of that 12 teams, 9 are really active, so we need that 9 teams to train Malta players and to respond my BB-Mails (that would help a lot and it's only 1/2 minutes to respond).

I know that Malta is a small country but I know that you have more then 9 people living there :) So if you like to play BB, tell your friends or make some publicity about BB, lets see if we can make Malta a good NT in BB.

So thats what I had to say, please if you read the forum or the BB-Mails please respond, I would like to see if I am writing to the Malta users or only to myself ^^

Well just an update...

This was our position in rankings in the beginning of the last season:

97 Malta U21 Europe 18 81 0,182 7498 9980 --% 23,5

And now for the beginning of this season:

83 Malta U21 Europe 22 91 0,195 8432 11226 100% 83,4

As you can see we raise 14 positions in rankings thanks to our 4 victories in last season, for this season the players are better and maybe we could win a few more games and still keeping the improve of the next generation if the players are trained with active coachs of course.

Good luck for the next NT coach, I hope you will be an active coach and if you need any help or informations about the 22 years old generation of players just let me know.
