On the "Manage My Team" there is a "Current Transfers" box.
It includes mainly the Bids info as well as a single ad of a player in the TL.
The link on the header of this page links to the TL.

It will be more reasonable to split this into two boxes.

Linking this box which is more about "Bids" to the "TL" is a bad solution.

This is a nice to have feature, as it doesn not change too much, and we all got used to it, but it is also easy to fix.

Perhaps it could be made so as that if you click the "Current Transfers" you go to the TL and if you click on one of the bids you are sent to the bids page.
Yes, this is one of the possibilities to separate them.
I didn't wrote how, because there are many ways, but the thing is that they are needed to be separated.

I find myself often clicking on the bids before realizing that I have to go to the main menu and select bids. This would certainly help.

well spotted.
The same can be said for the 'Training' section of this page.

It displays current training tactic and then the minutes for each player.
There should be two links - One to take us to training - another to take us to 'Weekly Stats

example is simply the Economy part of this page. The title has a link to Economy whilst under here are links to 'Arena', 'Scouting' and 'Staff'.
Similar idea could be implemented on all boxes.

I agree with all you have wrote.
But there are here few ysers who thinks that making it less user-freindly, makes it a more interesting game...

certainly from a 'clutter' perspective, the more links the worse it is.

I run the Menu bar on the left/right hand side in 'Long' mode, so i have all those tools at my finger tips anyhow (is this a supporter feature?)

So to have the same set of links n the 'Manage My Team' page, is actually a bit redundant. Im not suggesting that they add everything onto there, but certainly where a link would be possible, they should do it.

As I see it, this page summarize the main information on your team.
Due to that, having the all roster there is not a summary.
Having the current economy summary is needed.

The links needs to be upon the content.
When the content describes TL and BIDs on the same box, it should have links to both, and maybe even separating them all together.
