Hey all,

I am new and this will probably sound stupid but when do the draft players are released for scouting??

2 weeks now and it says:

"The scouts are still looking for prospects and writing down rumours about their abilities. They don't even have a full list of players yet so please check again later."

Usually after All-Star week but last season it didn't come out until a few weeks after that.
