I kinda shoot myself in teh foot when I throw games to weaker teams

Are you speaking about Yokozuna? He hasn't lost yet this season and you lost an away game (big no-no). Before you lost your last away game, you drew 1600 more fans and were roughly the same in revenue.

As an aside, it was not your tactics that lost you the game, but your lineup.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

I think it's one of these weird bugs which happen only in Fire Country Trail Blazers ;-) It looks like unlucky teamid ;-)

For me Your attendance looks okay, it's even too high ;-) We have identical arenas, but You have higher prices whilst I have better world ranking and, in general, better results in BB, however I have lower incomes from tickets ;-(

Here are a few things that come to mind

1) Are you able to upgrade your PR-Manager?

2) Check the Fan Survey to see if you need to work on anything to please them.

3) The recent loss will affect sales by a fair amount especially when away (yes this was already said).

4) Some of the other teams may have more season ticket sales due to fan happiness at the beginning of the season.

There are probably many other small factors that could make a difference but theses are a few of the biggest ones that come to my mind.

Your income was more like $60k less before your loss.
My guess is that Yoko, never having been relegated, has more STH than you do.
You have too many lower tier seats. (this is just my opinion, but if you look around, temas that sell heaps (3000+ ) lower tier seats generally sell a much lower percentage of their bleachers.

Weird about your SF injuries. Maybe it's karma.

I don't know about should, just that it seems to be. I think I remember some thread a long time ago (season 4 or 5) saying that seats should be roughly in proportion to how they start out.

STH- you relegated. He hasn't. That's the penalty for relegating. Imagine if the Astros got sent to AAA.

Hi from Argentina! We have an example here that contradicts the theory but is all about feelings.

River Plate (it's like Barcelona or Real Madrid) got relegated for the first time ever. I feel that it lost its stauts and is like Espanyol or Atletico de Madrid. Now, it bounced economically. The attendance grew, sells out at home and away and had recod sales of products.
It's a special case, very special, and it's not common, but it's an example of how sports have no logical in certain aspects.

Now, this should'nt be the case in BB and it's logical that you'll lose fans and sales for relegation.
