Using Josef Ka's coefficients, he has a cap number of 18.3, where star potential is thought to cap between 18-20.

So it's certainly possible that he is capped, especially if he has a low potential sublevel, perhaps combined with high sublevels in IS/ID/RB.

The cap is soft, remember. This player makes 49k a week and is star potential. (8737907)

What is the season 17 calculator and how does it compare to Josef Ka's formulae?
