Another idea I've just had would be creating a kind of U21 hall of fame, we'd wait until after I had all the stats up(which could be awhile) and then vote on it.

Not sure on voting system yet, probably each manager gets a max # of votes and if the player is above a certain percentage they are elected.

nice idea. pretty happy to see a former player of mine in that list (Lee Crooks) somewhere (in most minutes logged last season. means that he stood out most in his position)

other than that, great work. nice to see this stuff.

Dylan Kahlon continues to establish himself as one of the alltime greats of the English U21 team. Meanwhile young PG Dante Ward has already tied the record for most assists in a continental season, and is looking like he could be the next great.

Wow, Kahlon is pretty damn good for U-21, but that's what you get when you mostly train primaries.

I took the slow route with Wuyts -- who, with the same potential, will be a better PF than Kahlon at the end of training. With that salary, there is no way someone will play Kahlon out of position to train his secondaries.

Its true and the longer term strategy will get you a much better player for longer that you can rely on down low. Plus (i would imagine) there is nothing better than getting your player called up to the NT.
