Hello everybody! :)

I'm a newbie, as you've read on the title on this post, and I'd like to hear some suggestions on my trainees and on how to fully develop it. I'd like to train, at first, JS for guards position, and here are my guys:

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: pitiful Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: inept Free Throw: average

Paolo Zedda (DMI: 17400 Age: 19 Height: 5'11" / 180 cm Potential: superstar)
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: average Handling: respectable

Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: atrocious

Andrea Calvagno (DMI: 7100 Age: 18 Height: 6'1" / 185 cm Potential: star)
Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: respectable

Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: atrocious

Aleks Myca (DMI: 8900 Age: 19 Height: 6'0" / 183 cm Potential: allstar)
Jump Shot: respectable ↑ Jump Range: awful ↑
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: average

Michał Gatner (DMI: 5700 Age: 19 Height: 6'1" / 185 cm Potential: star)
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: average Handling: mediocre
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: strong Free Throw: atrocious

Salvador Flores (DMI: 8100 Age: 19 Height: 6'1" / 185 cm Potential: 6th man)
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: awful ↑
Driving: inept Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: atrocious
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: average

Am I doing it right, boys? ;)
BTW, I find it hard to let every single one play exactly 48', with exception for scrimmages of course...doesn't it affect the performance in league matches leaving them with no backups, since they get tired very soon?

Thank to everybody who'll try to help me!

I would suggest you to shread ur trainees down to 3 by removing the last 3 players (Flores, gatner and myca).there are 2 reasons for that-
Firstly all 3 of them are 19 so have wasted a complete season and a half.well even if they were 18 still I wouldn't have kept Flores coz of his potential.u will buy a much better 18 y.o for bout 5k.myca has really low JR and OD and it would take bout a season to get them both to just respectable.though gatner has decent skills but his JS is really low so u can't kill the training of other player just to train him in that skill.moreover he too is 19 so it will be a waste of time to train him.
Secondly having 3 players in ur roster would give u an option of single pos training which in my opinion us the best and the fastest way to train any player.
Having said this u should first train the remaining 3 players in OD till all of them reach prominent .then train them in JR till zedda reaches to respectable.then u can focus on JS till all of them reach prominent.after that u can focus on other skills like driving, handling and passing. If u go according to this plan then in bout 3 seasons u will have 3decent guards who can help u win the division V and also help u survive in div IV
Hope that helped

Agreed that 2pos training gives us the flexibility to train 6 players but look at his roster.his players need to be trained in OD as well as JR.and training them in these 2 skills for 2 pos will take a hell long time and don't firget that most of his trainees are 19 and we have crossed half of this season as well so they will be 20 in a matter of a few weeks and if he trains JR and OD for 2 pos then it might take him 4 weeks to get a pop in any of these 2 skills in the next season.even the 18 y.o will turn 19 and their training speed will also slow down(though not by much)
Though I agree with u on the fact that we can create a decent team by 2 pos training but in this case 2 pos training will do more harm than good.
