I agree that focusing on Passing for a while would be good. They both need Rebounding, Jump Shot and Driving/Handling, too.

After that, their needs kind of diverge, if you want one to be a PF and the other a SF. The SF needs more OD and JR, along with a bit more IS. The PF needs more of all of the big man primaries, and maybe a bit more OD.

If you were planning to turn them both into SF, it's easier, except that the 6'6" guy would need significantly more OD.
