The way things are set up now, it is very uncommon to draft a high potential 19 year for training purposes.

I think the correct balance would be for 18 year old players to train faster than 19 year old players but for 19 year old players to tend to start off a little better. If 19 year olds had a tendency to have higher starting stats this would make the drafting process a little more deep.

Currently I have all my 18 year olds at the top of the board and 19 year olds at the bottom of the board.

That is like almost everyone, however occasionally there is a five ball, four or five potential 19 year old that is well worth drafting.

honestly, if i would make the measurement, i wwould scout them first ;) Since the chanche is higher to make an steal, so i am just interviewing 2-3 4 ballers i found in the group demonstration since both player type don't get drafted without the full information so often(and they don't look for that information with low priority).

Also normally player go to the draft when they are ready, which means there reach an decent level so they hadn't to be stronger.

PS: When 19 needs to make more attractive, i am for reaching the potential from 1 ballers, to make them more attractive ;) Since high potential kids, most likely register earlier for the draft since they had higher chanche to get drafted(to put in realism).
