Well, since the youngest players will be 18, and most college grads are 22, I would say 22 is a very trainable age.
If it's not, then there is going to be something very, very wrong with this game......
most good NBA players play into their 30's, so I can't see how 22 would be an "un-trainable"........

today i got a pop at passing from average to respectabel by a player who is 28, very tall, I trained it the first time and i trained the whole team^^

I was training a couple 22yo's this season and they're progress wasn't noticeably slower than the 19-21yo's. If the player is a prime training canidate, I'd say go for it and train them.

My best player is 21 and I plan to train him at least another season or two.

Yes, I also have a couple low 20's trainees and they still pop at a good rate.

Since rookies are from 18-22 according to the GMs and BBs, I would assume that they would still be very trainable (hopefully).
