Hi

just curious about my arena size. I've no idea what size it should be before I enter the higher division, which I'll be most likely doing after this season. This is my 2nd full season playing this game, and I've always thought that expansing your arena is a good thing. I've never really bought any superstar players this far, just used most of the money to buy more seats. The IV-division I'm in is not that competitive, therefore I'm able to spend less money on players. But the next season (I hope) I'll be playing with much harder teams, thus I'm forced to buy more expensive players.

When should I stop expansing my arena and start to save money for future(next season) players? I'll be needing at least 2 new players to be able to survive in the III-division next season. I'm making 65k profit a week, and at this moment I'm sitting on less than 10k.. But after this week I'll have 135k. If everything goes as planned, I'll have around 600-700K after the season (including the bonus you get after relegating).

By the way, IV-division in Finland is the 2nd lowest division there is. There's V-division, but it's for bots only. Unlike in the USA, where there's divisions all the way up to VI? Just to prevent misunderstandings.

Thanks for help =]

What do you mean with the end of the first sentence? "the risk of you doing so if you promote is 100%"?

As of right now make sure you will have atleast 500k-800k by the beginning of next season so you can buy those two or three players you will need to survive next season. So if you dont think you will have enough by the start of next season then stop building your arena until you get those players, if you do have enough then keep making small extensions like 250 bleachers or 100 lower tier and so on...
Good luck next season if you promote, I might be promoting as well this season.

I meant he can just increase prices instead of adding until he gets those new players

Yea I understand you your definitely right, but I would probably save the money first to get players then once I know my team is set I would start building arena. Arena is definitely the most important thing to work on as you are promoting.

It's kind of hard for me to buy any players in advance as I've got no clue will I even be relegating. There's always a small change that my most important players all get injured and I'd loose the finals or something. That would totally suck to have expensive players the next season and still be in IV-division.

IF I were to relegate.. I also can't know what kind of division will I be transferredto. I don't feel like buying players in advance without knowing what kind of competition there is in my division. Maybe I'll be lucky and get to a division where I don't have to buy two 400K players, rather like two 250k players.. Never know!

Good news for me. My arena was supposed to be done in approximately 8 days but it was done in less than 7. I've got a home game in 9 hours, so I'll be getting some extra cash, and I'll also find out that will I still sell out all the bleachers. Haven't felt like buying more lower tier + courtside seats as they're not selling 100%.

I don't also feel like trying to start to change the price of the tickets at this point of the season. By changing bleacher ticket's price from $11 to $12 you might be loosing more compared to if you would just keep the price at $11.
As a matter of fact, I even can't. The next time you're allowed to change the prices, it'll already be season 19.
