When you search for the transfer list, you'll see some players that aren't owned by any team. Does are for sale because the went down, and begin the bid wit ten times their salary. You may get some nice players and not very expensive.
If nobody buys them, they are executed... ;) Well, kind of, they can't be bought ever again.-
