In my opinion owning a team in a micronation is a blessing in disguise.

I would not like to see my country get merged with germany (sic!) or switzerland...

no answer for me, cause it isn't unfair but i don't like it. Since they compete against team in the same circumstances.

Didn't think of that. I meant not unfair for us, but unfair for you when you play us.

Thanks for being honest ;)

Like you already suggested once, I think micronations in same area should be merged until one of the micronations grows enough to gain "independency". They would still retain its' own U21 and NT players. Not sure how a draft would go though...draftees should be without nationality until they are selected by a manager, gaining his nationality.

Like how in my PL I been destroying NBBA teams. Obviously it is tuffer for them to build enthusiasm and maintain GS. I beat them in the PL but I don't necessarily think I have better team/strategy/knowledge etc. Just circumstances allow me to win out.

but there are also circumstances who amke it tough for you the lack of "homegrown" talent, missing deep in the league which result in lower tv and also visitor income when the teams are young. I believe it is easier for me to maintain a top team, then for you, and nippon is also so competive that tanking and staying in div I won't work which is maybe the road to elite which small country team can take.(in germany the succes of the tankers isn't that great till now)

But i think the great disbalance betwen the league, and the huge steps you could take at the beginning which gives also a big gap betwen team who started close to each other* is frustrating for new users which keeps them also small.

* i believe the difference of teams who started with 1-2 month differences in german div 4 aren't that big that you could compete with the older team quite fast. But in Bahamas two well managed first league teams, will improve "weekly" in their first year.

Teams in India have one year playing against bots before jumping to the top league where the same team has won for the last 10 seasons. There is no time to build up the team slowly and try to get bargain players, which I think would have been more interesting.
