1 - Read the red guides.
2 - Read the red guides.
3 - Read the red guides.
4 - Don't start buying players now, you may overpay.
5 - Scout other teams, compare roster, arena.
6 - Lower prizes to sell out the arena, then start increasing the seats. It's an investment thay pays off later.

Start with base offense and man to man defense, try every chance you've got to test other tactics.

A good tool to use is www.buzzer-manager.com, that suggests line ups. You nned the kew from you account, whic is not the same as in buzzerbeater (though the same user).

And always always always always click on +1 on the comments that helps. That makes the helper happy ;)

See you soon after you dig all this, and welcome to BB!

Think twice before buying player. Its common mistake to overpay for players for new managers. Also you should grab some prospects to train after draft. Dont buy lvl 7 trainer with 200k salary! IT will bancrupt you, 4-5 lvl is enough and they only like 8% worsier than lvl 7 one. Prospects should be atleast star potencial, they cap dependent on skills at around 20-50k.

Try winning games you can win. Dont mots league leader unless you sure u are stronger. better save enthuziazm and play tie against leaders and then crunch time or normal against weaker ones.

Another good thing to know when buying players to train is that their potential rating has absolutely nothing to do with how fast they will train. It only affects how far you can train them.

For setting a good foundation to your team, players with star, allstar, and perennial allstar are often good enough.

4, maximum 5 look for salary around 15k or so for trainer and transfer fee around 80k is reasonable. Prices may be abit increased since new seazon about to start.

Doesnt matter this offseazon, new sezon gona start in 2 week then you should either draft prospect or buy them 2-3 actually if you gona train 1 pozition ant 5-6 if 2. Now ill say true, you dont actually have players worth to train. Well maybe try train that 22 year old pf Inside shot or rebounding, or Inside defense. And next seazon maybe look up for guards, since their prices are way higher than forwards/centers. So you can train your own guards and buy centers for cents. For player to be trained, he need to play 48 minutes in certain pozition. For example if you train Inside shot for centers, then your pf needs to play 48minutes that week for a center to get full training program.

As someone else said, when looking at prospect don't get caught on their potential. Look for star/all-star/perennial all-star type propects. That's plenty of potential and you won't overpay for them. Then focus more on their age. 18 year olds train light years faster than 21-24 year olds so look for 18 year olds to train, don't waste your time training older players when starting out.

Focus on training either big men (PF/C) or small men (PG/SG). Don't try to train both and don't be looking to buy 18 year olds that you plan to play at both.

With the new season around the corner, I'd wait until after the draft to find players to train. You can grab 18 year olds, they'll be cheap and you'll have the entire season to train them.

The first thing you sould know and rememember is that you play in long term. Every decision you make will affect later. I just suggest you to spend your money wisely. First of all you should read game manual. If I were you I would buy for myself/pick in a draft some young talent, not for much money (up to 50k). Train him for 1-2 season with some income. During this time you will learn something about game, how to play, manage minutes, what skills are best for positions, extend arena then sell those players or just keep them and buy another players with knowledge about the game.

Are there any external programs that can be used as manager assistants?
