With Season 18 coming to a close, we have three awards to give out, they are:

* Manager of the Season
* Most Dedicated Manager
* Trainer of the Season

Please vote below

Manager of the Season - Things to consider
1. Who exceeded expectations in cup/league
2. Who has increased the quality of their team dramatically (i.e by training, increasing training levels, using TM)
3. Who is active in the community
4. Please remember, this could also be a manager in D.III

Most Dedicated Manager - This to consider
1. Who best promotes the nations cause
2. Goes above and beyond the call of duty
3. Who is very active

Trainer of the Season - This to consider
1. Who is dedicated to training NZ players.
2. Look at both U20's and NT players

How the hell did I win Most Dedicated manager and Trainer of the season? I only had 1 NT player and he didnt even get good training last season! I dont deserve these awards Most dedicated has to go to Ralph54 and Trainer of the season has to go to Lefthook.
