I am not sure if this has been brought up, if it has can you please give me a link to thread and delete this one.

I was hoping that the buzzerbeater staff would implement an option that would allow users to move nations. I would love to play in my country of birth(Jamaica) than where I currently reside(USA). This would allow me to draft and train Jamaican players for the NT team and U21 teams. This would also help build up smaller nations as more people would want to transfer to other countries.

I think that a 25% of cash balance or 5 times your team salaries, whichever is higher, transfer fee along with a 5 year stay period in the selected country would be an adequate cost. The newly transferred teams can be placed in the lowest division.

If he makes a new team he would first have to wait 6 weeks.

Also I could see this helping small countries, but it could also defeat the purpose of having countries. As you stated.

many user want the short way to succes, and start in small countrys. So it is hard to controll if aoyu are really jamaican, and if we don't do it we would have a jamaican community who speeks russian, chinese, german and french and is never online during game time.

Moving teams already created, is at least now adays not possible. But we can move legit signup from team registering in wrong countrys to the right ones.

There can be two solutions for that;

1) The one I prefer less - defining the language used at each BB-nation to be upon the main language that nation speaks.
Then we will see what will happen with those non-jamaican users...

2) Separating between the real-nations, and the BB-nations.
Yes, it may cause some difficulty with the conversation inside each BB-nation, but it is not that important in my perspective.
Language main affect is on the NT, and even there one can manage.
In addition, upon connecting user upon language, there is a good chance that there will be less problems with that.

Having all BB-nations with a similar size, will help on many issues concerning the BB-nations size.

1. and we should make an language test, in front of every registration? Or should we move the team every time, you switch the language.

2. i believe merging get more then complicated, NT wise is get crushed since you don't understand the dudes from your "own" block, which makes the organisation impossible.

Much simpler than that.
A user that wants to join the game define his language.
From that moment he will have every page on that language, so I guess he will not have reason to lie...
Now, the game will set him a BB-league, that is dedicated for his language.
Meaning, in case he wants to be a "English (USA) user", he will find (for example) one of the X different English (USA) speaking BB-nation, and set him to one of their leagues.

What wouldn't you understand?
It is all about BB?

In addiution, it will open conversation between different Real-nation, that I find it a blessing in any case.

i play this game in 3 languages(english(UK), german and german(austria)), and in the begining i prefered english(UK) over the US version.
To make it impossible to change language, especially unseend of the language versions would be really bad in my eyes.

i couldn#t communicate with russian users for example. In germany we have a good scouting system, which is mentoring player with young talents and helping them where they can(and scouts usually take care of groups like 20yo guards so that they know the other existing talents). Now you have to talk to greek, russian, french and german user at one time since you couldn't expect them to speak all languages.
And i am pretty sure, that the gloves team make the same in your country ;)
Not all BB users will find a language to communciate which each other, and it will be always more comfortable in there own language. And those who can or enjoy it, i believe already communicate here across the borders, also through the NT competion(i talked a lot to the glove and rwystyrk through that, and we still chat from time to time).
