I just bought a 20 year old center to train with my 19 year old trainee. The center only has star potential and the trainee has all star potential.

the 20yr old needs passing and handles training, 19yr old basically the same thing along with driving..... get driving, passing adn handles to mediocre and then focus on inside skills..... these r both gonna be Cs their secondaries are too low for pf IMO

I agree with the guy above. Their potential isn't extremely high so you really have to consider what specific skills you want to train as not all their skills can be decent with their potential. Personally I would just smash their primaries (IS, ID and rebounding) for the whole season and see how high you can get those skills. Just my thoughts however :)

They're both going to cap somewhere around $30000 in salary which won't take very long so you should only consider them your big men of the immediate future, not the long term future.

But as previously stated, you might want to train their guard skils now because you won't be able to after they cap. But I can also see the other school of thought. Because they have limited upsides, don't waste your time. Just train their primaries until they cap and they move onto some new trainees with more upside.

What does McCurdy look like? Are you training him too?
