Basically i just created this thread so i could get as many opinions as possible on how i can train my trainee, so he can become the best player he possibly can become. Any advise and opinions are welcomed. Help on what skills to train, to how long to train the specific skill for, to what position you think i should mold this player into are all appreciated.

And if anyone would be nice enough to take a look at my team and give any tips/thoughts on what i should be doing or focusing on would also be greatly appreciated and will get a +1 :)

If any details/info about my team is required (that you cant see) for you guys to help me just let me know...

Sorry Manon.

I completly agree, I would never train that player myself unless I had drafted him, but he did and he will train him so he should follow your advice.

Is he that bad a trainee. I thought he was pretty good. 5 stars 4 potential. But I'm in div 4 anyways so probably can't do much better especially with my financial situation :/

He is a great player for a Div IV team, just dont expect him to become a worldclass player anytime soon. Stick to the plan manon has outlined for you and you he will become a player you will enjoy for many many seasons.

I have a level 5 trainer for 35k (cheapest I could get, and I wanted a good trainer to maximize the potential of this player)

Btw what do the numbers represent. I think they represent the skill levels but what skill is what?

I strangely believe that the order designated here in buzzerbeater could influence my real life interpretation of their significance...

Me too. I often find myself saying things to my students like, "your first draft of this essay was awful but now it inept, maybe even mediocre."
