2nd game in a row i lost because, i have tight game and my starters sit on bench at endgame. wtf is wrong with this game? opponent starters outplay my backups like they are little kids, and my starters dont come back in game no matter if i make a faul or enemy.
i play "strictly follow deep chart" for god knows when, and i cant remember that shit happening in last 2-3 seasons, i mean it is fckin stupid when there is fouls and starters keep sitting on bench.
so som1 tell me wth is going on...

That is very disconcerting that they subbed out four of your starters with about 3 minutes left and then only brought three of them back in with a little over a minute left (and Canto with 45 seconds left). All in the final deciding minutes of the game. That is a tough loss.
The only thing I can think of is that your starters were crazily tired from playing FCP the whole game and needed a break. I looked back through your prior games to see an example where this didn't happen and found that you don't usually use that defensive tactic. I've never tried it, but from what I've read it is extremely draining on your players 'in-game' energy levels.
All in all, it doesn't make sense to me either. The coach should have managed your players minutes so there wouldn't have been an issue with fatigue in the 4th.

stamina for starters 5/7/6/7/5/

i played FCP, yes, but where is all the opponents turnovers? look at they`r turnovers per game. how can my team be exhausted when playing FCP but cant steal anything more than on m2m defence.
and i played FCP this last game, but tell me how my team got the same exhaust previous game playing m2m?

in reality you cant expect a player to play an effective FCP the whole game - they would get too tired! So why would it be any different here?
and i personally would use FCP sparingly. there are a good range of other offenses to pick from that im sure would suit your players as well as or better. :)

the thing here, is that the coach don't watch really the time for substitutions, like in rl and that there are less breaks in the game(few to taken, less technical failures(out of bounds etc).

So sometimes the starters are tired in the last minutes, and then they got onto the bench, the time they come to bench can vary through the oppurtunities to substitute before. In the endgame indeed the coach even takes timoeout to give tired players an extra rest(a bb quote long time ago).

And at the starter, point two till one minute till the end, are as important here like 5 or 6 early since max in the final minute the tactic varys here and two point are two points.

Endgames are screwed. If you trail 2 possessions with a minute and a half left, you start incessant fouling, which gives you a loss pretty easily. But when you then trail by a dozen with 2 secs to go, your coach finally takes a time out and gets your starters back, it's laughable!
