Does the length of the game affect the team's ratings?

Hi,

this match (2422012) between two teams in my league ended after 4 (!) OT's.
The team's ratings for both teams were extremely high (relative to their old ratings).
Does it mean the ratings are affected by the number of minutes the game was played?
My team played in a 2 OT game and also got pretty high ratings, especially on the offensive flow which was the highest rating i ever got, even without playing with my best PG.
