Two questions:

(1) What is the maximum skill level for Stamina and Free Throw Shooting?

(2) Will improved stamina increase a player's game rating? Will improved free throw shooting improve a player's game rating?

1. Stamina: prominent without a sub, so it normally falls back to proficient the next training update if you don't train it.

Free throws: Unlimeted raises above legendary ain't shown anymore. The effect of additional skillups declines, so that the different betwen prominent and wondrous is pretty small.

2. Yes for stamina and i think no for FT.

The displayed skill are just a rough measurement, so two player with profient stamina will most likely have different (but close) values. So proficient ranges from 9,0 to 9,99 the number behind the "," are called the sub. since 10,0 is the maximum value for the stamina skill all players with prominent stamina will have 10,0(or no sub skill).

He means sublevels or between skill decimal points. All things BB have a sublevel unless they are as has it can go.Rating, skills, effect of staff, and anything you may think of that has to do with BB rosters/players.
